Sekiro Shadows Die Twice - GOTY Edition: The game takes place in Japan during the 16th century AD, where a war general named "Eshin Ashina" makes a bloody coup and takes over the rule of the "Ashina" region, but an orphan child remains in the battle, to be adopted by a fighter called "Wolf". After 20 years, the masters of the region can no longer protect it from enemies due to their advanced age and illness, so that the grandson of General "Eshin" kidnaps a young prince and uses him as a hostage to protect the region, which prompts the player "wolf" to save the child. During the escape battle, the player loses his left hand, to wake up and finds that it has been replaced by a prosthetic hand that offers advanced abilities to the player created by a mysterious sculptor who named the player "Sekiru" which means "one-handed wolf".

Sekiro Shadows Die Twice - GOTY Edition: تدور أحداث اللعبة في اليابان خلال القرن ال16م، حيث يقوم جنرال حرب اسمه "إشين أشينا" بانقلاب دموي ويتولى حكم منطقة "أشينا"، ولكن طفلا يتيما يبقى في المعركة، ليتبناه مقاتل ما أطلق عليه اسم "الذئب". وبعد مرور 20 عاما، لم يعد بإمكان أسياد المنطقة حمايتها من الأعداء بسبب تقدمهم في العمر ومرضهم، ليقوم حفيد الجنرال "إشين" بخطف أمير صغير واستخدامه كرهينة لحماية المنطقة، الأمر الذي يدفع باللاعب "الذئب" لإنقاذ الطفل. وخلال معركة الهروب، يفقد اللاعب يده اليسرى، ليستيقظ ويجد أنه قد تم استبدالها بيد صناعية تقدم قدرات مطورة للاعب صنعها نحات غامض أطلق على اللاعب اسم "سيكيرو" الذي يعني "الذئب ذا اليد الواحدة".
